Here's a seldom seen flying saucer made in the US by Calfax, Inc. in 1977. It's called the "Star Explorer" (note the dedicated crew peering out from command center). Measuring a little over 7 inches wide, the dome lights up; volume & tuning controls are on each side. The plastic "feet" and the concentric rings hiding the speaker on top makes you think the company spent some time on this radio.
