Emersonettes were never painted, brown bakelite being the most common case, followed by white plaskon, black bakelite, red plaskon and then pistachio green plaskon in order of scarcity. What you won’t find in any radio catalogs or price guides is a dead-ringer to the pre-war midget that goes by the name of American Ace. I’ve seen only brown and white colors. |
